Baseball/Softball 2008 - Welcome to the 5th Season of WYSO Baseball & Softball

Tryouts are over - now it's time to get ready for the 2008 Season - WYSO's 5th Season...

Attention All Baseball & Softball Coaches - If you are making field reservations using FiRes, please be aware that the Waterloo High School Girls Softball team generally has the field(s) every night until around 5:30 PM.  Some nights they practice and some nights they don't.  We are going to seek their cooperation as good citizens and have them utilize the FiRes system to schedule their practices.  In past years we have asked them to inform us of their practices but they have either forgotten or ignored us.  This year because of poor field conditions at the other two diamonds, we are going to plead our case again.  In the meantime, please schedule diamond time after 6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.  You may schedule your practices before that time but be forwarned that if the HS is on the field, then you will have to wait or reschedule.  Hopefully we can get some cooperation.

Congratulations to Waterloo athlete Hannah Bennehoff who competed in the AAU State Gymnastics competition in Reedsburg on April 20th.  Hannah came in 1st place for the Floor Exercise and 3rd place overall, qualifying her for the AAU National Gymnastics Competition in Kissimmee, Florida on July 1st.
